1. Overview
TobaccoTimer ("the App") is a smoking interval timer application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The App is intended to support smoking interval management and habit tracking. The App does not promote or encourage smoking.
2. Information Stored by the App
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Smoking records, such as date, time, count, and estimated cost
- App settings, such as timer interval, notification preferences, currency selection, and pack price
This data is not transmitted by the App to our own servers. It remains on your device unless you choose to delete it or uninstall the App.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Data Collection
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements.
Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect and use certain information through the Google Mobile Ads SDK or similar technologies for purposes such as ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and ad personalization.
The information collected by Google AdMob may include:
- Advertising identifiers, such as IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID / similar identifiers on Android
- Device information, such as device model, operating system, and app version
- Approximate location information, such as country or region
- Ad interaction data, such as impressions, clicks, and ad performance information
- IP address and other technical information required for ad delivery and security
The App itself does not sell personal data.

4. Personalized Ads and Consent
Depending on your region and device settings, the App or Google may ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other applicable regions may be asked to provide consent for the use of cookies, local storage, advertising identifiers, and personal data for advertising purposes.
If you do not provide consent, or if personalized ads are disabled, non-personalized ads may be shown where available.
You may manage, limit, or reset your advertising identifier from your device settings.
5. iOS App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, the App may request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your advertising identifier for tracking purposes.
You may deny this permission and continue using the App. In that case, ads may be less relevant or non-personalized.
6. Push Notifications
The App sends local notifications to alert you when your smoking interval goal is reached.
These notifications are generated locally on your device. Notification data is not sent to our own servers.
You may disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
7. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google LLC, to improve app quality and understand usage patterns.
Firebase Analytics automatically collects information such as:
- App usage events and screen views
- Device information, such as device model, operating system, and language
- Approximate location information, such as country or region
- Session duration and engagement metrics
Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects information when the App crashes, such as:
- Crash reports and stack traces
- Device state at the time of the crash
- App version and operating system information
This data is used solely to improve app stability and user experience, and is not used to identify individual users.

8. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:

9. Data Retention and Deletion
Smoking records and app settings are stored locally on your device.
You can delete locally stored data from within the App's settings where such functionality is available. Uninstalling the App will also remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children or individuals under the legal smoking age in their country or region. In any case, the App is not intended for users under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International Users
The App may be available in multiple countries and regions. Privacy rights and legal requirements may vary depending on your location.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notices or consent options.

当方は、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
